Machine learning and artificial intelligence for customised forecasting and prevention applications

During this session, we'll look at the key concepts of machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) as the foundations of the most popular applications adopted by both SMEs and large companies, and widely employed in the retail and e-commerce sectors. We'll discuss personalised marketing, which offers ad hoc advice to users of the platform, and visual search, which tailors the individual user experience with thematic and stylistic suggestions. More generally, historical data collected over periods of months or years helps to give you visibility on future activities thanks to forecasting. In addition, anyone who offers applications online has to deal with the risk of fraud and cyberattacks. It is therefore essential to develop a fraud detection system that can recognise potentially fraudulent activities. AWS has a solution or set of solutions for all of your AI/ML needs, which we'll discuss here by focusing on AWS Personalize (personalised marketing), Amazon SageMaker and Amazon Elasticsearch Service (visual search), Amazon Forecasting (forecasting) and Amazon Fraud Detector (fraud detection).
