Digital Academy

Digital training for Italian companies

Conflavoro logo
Conflavoro PMI Digital Academy is a training programme from Conflavoro PMI (the national confederation of small and medium-sized enterprises) and Amazon, with the ambitious goal of making Italian entrepreneurs more aware of how important it is to correctly use major digital tools in their business operations. The programme is a rewarding and profitable experience, both for entrepreneurs who have little or no knowledge of the topics covered and for those who have already incorporated digitalisation and e-commerce into their business strategy. Conflavoro PMI Digital Academy will teach participants the key concepts of access to credit, privacy laws in Europe, and notably will provide the know-how required to create, adapt or grow online business channels from an SEM (Search Engine Marketing) perspective, along with digital branding for their company in general.

Who is the Digital Academy for?
Conflavoro PMI Digital Academy, which is completely free of charge, is aimed at owners, directors and marketing and communication managers of small and medium-sized enterprises. The training is suitable for anyone interested in digital business and offers new, dynamic and universal knowledge regardless of market sector: craftspeople, traders, tourism operators and caterers, agriculturists and manufacturers are just a few examples of those who would benefit.
