Requirements
- List your FBA products in: Germany, France, Italy and Spain.
- Enable placement in at least two EU countries (Germany, France, Italy or Spain).
- Send your inventory to an Amazon fulfilment centre in the EU (Germany, France, Italy, Spain).

Simply review the requirements and:
- List your FBA products in Poland and allow them to be placed in this country to take advantage of domestic FBA fees for orders in Poland.
- List your FBA products in Sweden and the Netherlands and make sure that one of your authorised countries is Germany to take advantage of domestic FBA fees for orders in Sweden and the Netherlands.
- List your FBA products in Belgium and make sure that one of your authorised countries is either Germany or France to take advantage of domestic FBA fees for orders in Belgium.

Fulfilment fees
Local fulfilment fees are applied in EU countries where storage has been authorised; otherwise, cross-border fulfilment fees (EFN) will apply.
Example for a standard package ≤ 400 g: fulfilment costs in countries authorised for storage = between €3.16 and €5.50.

VAT
A VAT number is required for each country where goods are stored.
A VAT number is generally not required for the destination store.
Inventory management
Amazon handles the distribution and storage of your products throughout the EU, in the countries that you have authorised to store your inventory.
Amazon only stores products locally, ready for domestic delivery or dispatch to other countries.

How to get started with Pan-European FBA
Step 1
Create an account as an Amazon Selling Partner and add your products to FBA.
Step 2
List your eligible FBA products in all required European Amazon stores (Germany, France, Italy and Spain) with the same SKU. The Build International Listings tool helps you to synchronise listing prices and create and transfer listings from a single source store to one or more destination stores.
Step 3
Authorise Amazon to store your products in at least two countries* (Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland).
* When you store goods in countries other than your main store's country, you'll need to meet additional VAT reporting obligations.

Step 4
Send your inventory to an Amazon fulfilment centre in the EU (Germany, France, Italy, Spain, or Poland)*. We store your inventory in our European fulfilment network, in the countries you have authorised the inventory to be placed, in order to meet expected customer demand. We distribute your inventory in these countries at no additional cost!
