Why sell with the Pan-European FBA programme?

Sell to millions of customers with the Prime badge
Having a single VAT registration number grants you the flexibility to sell with the Pan-European programme through Call-Off Stock
COS works by leveraging EU-wide VAT legislative simplification, which allows this type of transaction to occur, as long as certain requirements are met. You can have only one VAT number in Germany, France, Italy or Spain and you can have additional local storage space for eligible ASINs in one of these countries. More information is available here.

What is Pan-European FBA?
Pan-European FBA is a service provided for Amazon selling partners to sell their products to customers across Europe in an easier and faster way. This can help selling partners save on fulfilment costs, offer fast delivery promises and reach a wider audience of customers.
How does Pan-European FBA work?
To sell your FBA products in Amazon's EU stores, you must have access to Seller Central accounts in the following EU stores: France, Germany, Italy and Spain. You must enable placement in at least two of these stores and send your inventory to an Amazon fulfilment centre. Additionally, you can also sell your products in Amazon's new EU stores available in the Netherlands, Poland, Sweden and Belgium.

Once you send your products to an EU fulfilment centre, we will store your inventory across our EU fulfilment network in the countries that you have enabled for inventory placement. This is to ensure that your products are available to meet anticipated customer demand. We will distribute your inventory across these countries at no additional cost.

To enjoy domestic FBA fulfilment fees for orders in Sweden and the Netherlands, you must enable placement in Germany. For orders in Belgium, you must enable placement in either Germany or France.
Which marketplaces are included in Pan-European FBA?
The Pan-European programme is available in the following Amazon stores: Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden and Belgium.

As of 1 January 2021, the UK is no longer part of Pan-European FBA. To sell with FBA in both the UK and EU4, you will need to send inventory to fulfilment centres in the UK and EU4 or sell with Remote Fulfilment between the UK and the EU.
What are the fees for Pan-European FBA?
Through the Pan-European programme, you will pay local fulfilment fees in all the EU countries enabled for storage, and cross-border fulfilment (EFN) fees in the rest of the EU countries. You can find the detailed rate card of FBA fees in this guide.
How can I enrol in Pan-European FBA and what are the eligibility requirements?
To enrol in the Pan-European programme, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
