Unbranded packaging

Orders are shipped in unbranded packaging, without Amazon branding.*

*Unbranded packaging is available for eligible selectable inventory, which does not include clothing, footwear and items that do not exceed 45.72 x 35.56 x 20.32 cm and/or 9 kg.

How Multi-Channel Fulfilment works

Send all or some of your inventory directly to an Amazon fulfilment centre. When customers buy products on your website or another third-party sales channel, we receive your orders and pick, pack and deliver them directly to your customers.

Multi-Channel Fulfilment is available with Fulfilment by Amazon. If you use Fulfilment by Amazon to sell on Amazon, your existing inventory will be accessible to both Amazon customers and customers from your other sales channels.

Getting started

If you have inventory at an Amazon fulfilment centre, you can use any of the following methods with no additional registration required. Multi-Channel Fulfilment offers three simple solutions:

Step 1

Quick order creation

This feature allows you to create fulfilment orders one at a time through an easy-to-use tool within Seller Central.

Ideal for:

Selling partners who want to reap the benefits of Multi-Channel Fulfilment
Selling partners with lower order volumes

You can access the Multi-Channel Fulfilment order creation page in two ways:

Directly through this link. Save the URL in your bookmarks for quick access at a later date
Within Seller Central:

From the top navigation bar in Seller Central, select the 'Inventory' drop-down menu
Select the products that you want to create a fulfilment order for
From the action menu at the top, select "Create fulfilment order"

Both of the above options allow you to view the Multi-Channel Fulfilment order creation page. Here, you just need to specify the customer's delivery address, the items to be fulfilled and a delivery option in order to quickly place an order.

Step 2

Bulk order creation

This function allows you to create multiple fulfilment orders at once. Fill in a standard order entry Excel spreadsheet and upload it to the bulk order creation page.

Ideal for:

Selling partners with high order volumes who do not want to integrate with an API
Selling partners with customers who have recurring orders and/or subscriptions

You can access the Multi-Channel Fulfilment order creation page in two ways:

Directly through this link. Save the URL in your bookmarks for quick access at a later date
Within the "Multi-Channel Fulfilment order creation" page, you can access the bulk order upload function by clicking on the "Upload text files" button in the top right-hand corner of the page

Note: The system will flag errors for orders that have been submitted in the file. Orders that are free from issues will be created. Orders that contain errors must be resubmitted correctly.

Step 3

API integration

Multi-Channel Fulfilment offers a robust set of APIs that allow you to connect your sales channels directly to the Fulfilment by Amazon fulfilment channel. Thanks to API integration, no manual effort is required to create Multi-Channel Fulfilment orders. Fulfilment orders are created automatically when customers place orders in your off-Amazon sales channel.

Selling partners who sell on various different marketplaces

Multi-Channel Fulfilment plugins are available within many of the most popular e-commerce service providers. No custom integration work is required. Follow the steps outlined below for each platform to begin automatically routing customer orders to Multi-Channel Fulfilment to be fulfilled.

Multi-channel listing software can easily connect your various selling channels to Multi-Channel Fulfilment.
