To be eligible for Seller Fulfilled Prime, your business must meet the following criteria:

  • Have an order cancellation rate of less than 0.5%
  • Use Amazon's Buy Shipping service for at least 98% of orders

What is the trial period?
Before you sign up for Seller Fulfilled Prime, you must complete a trial period to prove that you meet Prime's requirements for excellence and customer satisfaction. The Prime logo will not appear on items enrolled in Seller Fulfilled Prime during the trial period, but you will still need to process orders with a zero-day handling time. Once your trial is complete, you'll automatically be enrolled in Seller Fulfilled Prime, and customers will see the enrolled ASINs with the Prime logo.
