On Amazon Renewed, you can sell high-quality refurbished products to millions of Amazon customers around the world. You can only sell on Amazon Renewed if you meet our performance requirements and are able to provide quality, inspected and tested products that look and work like new.
What are Amazon Renewed products?
- Amazon Renewed products must be repaired/refurbished and tested so that they work and look like new. To be able to repair or refurbish means that the products must have electrical and/or mechanical components that can be replaced and/or updated in order to work and look like new.
- The refurbishment process generally includes a diagnostic test, the replacement of any defective parts, a thorough cleaning and inspection and, where applicable, repackaging.
- Products must be shipped with all the accessories that come with a new product. Products are covered by the Amazon Renewed Guarantee

What can you sell?
To get approval to sell refurbished products, you must comply with the programme's terms and conditions and the quality policies for these types of products. Your performance must meet our standards. Once approved, you can start selling competitively priced, high-quality refurbished products in the following product groups:

How can you start selling?
Phase 1
Register as a selling partner on Amazon
To sell refurbished products on Amazon Renewed, you must first be a registered selling partner on Amazon.

Phase 2
Request authorisation to sell on Amazon Renewed
To get approval to sell refurbished, used and open box products on Amazon Renewed, we'll need some information about your experience selling like-new products.
To become a seller on Amazon Renewed, you must meet the following requirements:

- You are a selling partner with a high volume of refurbished products. You can provide invoices that show a total value of €20,000 in eligible refurbished product purchases in the 90 days prior to the date that you apply for the programme. To apply for approval to sell Apple smartphones, you must submit invoices that show a total value of €1 million in purchases of refurbished Apple products.
- Your products are refurbished (either by you or a third party) to look and work like new. You must submit at least 10 images of a sample unit for product and packaging verification: 1) Shipping packaging; 2) White or brown box containing the product (inside the shipping packaging); 3) Photo of the product inside the box (with packaging); 4-5) Product photo from top and bottom; 6-9) Product photo from all four sides.
- If you're already a selling partner on Amazon, or as soon as you start selling on Amazon, your order defect rate in the last 90 days is 0.8% or less.
- For specific brands, you may be required to submit additional documentation related to the product inspection processes.
Phase 3
Start selling and grow your business
Once your application is approved, you can start selling by creating your refurbished product offers or by adding your products to existing offers.
When you receive an order from a customer, you can ship the product yourself or use Fulfilment by Amazon.
