How do I manage my selling account?
Use Seller Central to manage your seller account. You can add product information, manage orders, update inventory and manage payments using one of the many language options available to you.
How do I add inventory?
In Seller Central, navigate to the Inventory drop-down menu and select 'Add a product' for an item or select 'Add products by upload' if you want to add more than one item.
- Use the Sell on Amazon button on Amazon product pages.
- Use the 'Add a product' feature on Seller Central to list one new product at a time.
- Use Excel inventory templates to add multiple listings at the same time (only available on the Professional selling plan).
- Use Amazon's Marketplace Web Service for bulk uploads and the simultaneous generation of reports (only available on the Professional plan).
How do I know when I make a sale?
Amazon notifies you via email when you receive an order. Order tracking also appears at the top of your Seller Central home page.
How much does it cost to ship the items that I sell?
When you fulfil orders yourself, Amazon shipping rates are applied to products in the Media product group (books, music, videos and DVDs) sold by Professional sellers and to all products sold by Individual sellers. Amazon charges shipping fees based on the product group and the shipping service selected by the buyer, and then transfers the amount to you in the form of shipping credit. On products that Amazon fulfils on your behalf, in addition to Amazon sales fees, you'll be charged fees for order fulfilment, storage and optional services.
