We are a sports brand for CrossFit enthusiasts. We started selling on Amazon in 2016. Prime Day has always given us an opportunity to raise awareness of our brand; it enables you to reach an audience that could otherwise be very difficult to attract. It's also a great chance to take advantage of Amazon's marketing investment!

Why create a Prime Day promotion?
2022 saw Prime members purchase more than 300 million items worldwide, making it the biggest Prime Day event in Amazon's history. Prime members around the world saved more than 1.7 billion dollars — more than on any previous Prime Day event.
It was the biggest Prime Day event for Amazon's selling partners, most of whom are small and medium-sized businesses whose sales growth in the Amazon store has outpaced Amazon's retail business.
Make the most of Amazon's online and offline marketing efforts that aim to maximise traffic on the Prime Day page.

Final Prime Day tips
Start sending inventory early
With quick-response events like Prime Day, send all inventory by the due date, then increase sales with pre-event campaigns. For the best results, calculate expected demand and sales targets well in advance.
Tip: Don't worry about storage. When trying to figure out storage limits, we take into account seasonal sales spikes, recent growth and current product popularity.
If you sell electrical and electronic equipment on Amazon.de:
Please note that you must comply with EPR WEEE legislation in Germany (Extended Producer Responsibility — Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment). Amazon will be required to verify that you are compliant with EPR requirements and may disable certain non-compliant listings from 5 June 2023 onwards. To avoid this having a negative impact on your sales, we recommend that you register as soon as possible (if you haven't already done so), as the process can take up to eight weeks. To prove that you are compliant, you must register every brand and type of equipment you list on Amazon.de with Stiftung EAR and submit your registration number (WEEE reg. no.) on our compliance portal. If you have any questions, see our EPR requirements: WEEE on the page for Germany.
