Brand registration requests must be submitted by the brand owner and meet the following eligibility criteria:
• Registered trademark or pending trademark registration: To be eligible for Amazon Brand Registry, your brand must have either an active registered trademark in each country where you want to register or a pending trademark application submitted through Amazon IP Accelerator.
Trademarks issued by government trademark offices in the European Union are currently accepted. You can find the full list of countries, requirements and enrolment guidelines here.
