What are the Amazon Customs Clearance and Shipping Services for shipping cross-border?

We offer shipping solutions for sending pallets and small packages between the UK and the EU.

The solutions provide the services of third-party service provider, in addition to cross-border freight forwarding. Our trusted partners Deloitte and AVASK operate as fully integrated customs partners to help alleviate post-Brexit complexities.

There are two solutions:

1. ATS Deloitte
Sign up for Deloitte customs brokerage services. Ship small packages from your warehouse to a domestic Amazon sort centre and Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) will ship the goods across the customs border on your behalf for free.

2. ATS AVASK
Sign up for AVASK customs brokerage services. Ship small packages from your warehouse to a domestic Amazon sort centre and Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) will ship the goods across the customs border on your behalf for free.

3. UPS AVASK
Sign up for AVASK customs brokerage services. Ship small packages with UPS from your domestic storage facility to an Amazon fulfilment centre (UK<>EU) and receive discounted partnered carrier rates for the entire shipment.

4. UPS SCS AVASK
Sign up for AVASK customs brokerage services. Ship pallets with UPS SCS from your domestic storage facility to an Amazon fulfilment centre (UK<>EU) and receive discounted partnered carrier rates for the entire shipment.

How it works

Step 1

Complete onboarding with your preferred customs brokerage provider: Register with your preferred provider.

Step 2

Create your shipment using the Send to Amazon workflow, provide customs details and arrange your shipment collection. You will receive confirmation that the shipping documentation has been approved.

Step 3

The goods will be shipped to the fulfilment centre across the border.
