When you sign up as a selling partner on Amazon, you'll automatically be enrolled in Fulfilment by Amazon for free. If you decide to make use of this option, you'll send inventory to Amazon fulfilment centres and Amazon will handle shipping, customer service, refunds and returns for those products.
