With the Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) programme, you can store your products in our fulfilment centres. We pick them, prepare them for shipping, ship them and take care of customer service for you.

Pricing and eligibility

The monthly cost of Amazon Selling Partner 360 comprises a fixed fee of €1600 + 0.3% of the revenue from your previous month's EU* sales, with a maximum limit of €5000 per month. The fee will be deducted monthly from your Seller Central balance.

How do I know if I am eligible for the programme?
  • To be eligible, you need to have an active Professional Account with high potential on Amazon.it.
  • The programme is designed to support brand owners and resellers who carry out their commercial activities on Amazon Italia.
  • Selling partners who want to apply for more than one seller account* must enter a different email address and seller token* for each of these accounts when sending the request.

General
1. I'm not a brand owner. Can the Amazon Selling Partner 360 programme help me out?
Yes, the programme is designed to help both brand owners and retailers who operate on Amazon. The focus of the different modules will change according to your business needs. We work with Selling Partners who are at different stages of their growth path.
2. Can the Amazon Selling Partner 360 programme support my business both in Italy and in Europe?
Yes, your Marketplace Consultant will support your expansion and growth activities in Italy and in all European stores. If you have a single account, your fixed fee of €1,600 will be charged only once, regardless of the number of countries that you sell to. If you have separate accounts for each country, you can choose which accounts you want to receive support on, and the fee will be charged separately for the selected accounts.
3. I am already working with several Amazon Account Managers. Why should I pay for this service?
Your Marketplace Consultant will help you identify any shortcomings and growth opportunities for your business, and create a business plan that will help you track your progress. Depending on your needs, you may receive recommendations in key areas such as logistics and inventory, increasing selection and conversion, merchandising and advertising and global expansion. Joining Amazon Selling Partner 360 will give you these additional benefits: 1) we will work together to achieve your strategic goals; 2) Marketplace Consultants do not focus on a particular programme or feature, and can therefore support you in a more holistic way; 3) you'll have access to Premium Selling Partner Support; 4) we will proactively check if there are growth opportunities for your account (e.g. expansion, marketing, selection, pricing, etc.); 5) your Marketplace Consultant will inform you about the latest beta programmes and pilot projects.
4. What are the requirements to be eligible for the programme?
In order to access the programme, you must have a registered Amazon account and not be subject to any hold/suspension in your different stores. You'll be added to a waiting list and, if your account is approved for the programme, you'll be contacted by a Marketplace Consultant.
5. How can Amazon Selling Partner 360 help successfully grow my business?
We continuously monitor Selling Partners' satisfaction and use their feedback to improve our programme. We encourage you to read the success stories of other Selling Partners. You can find more information about the companies that have benefited from Amazon Selling Partner 360 here.
6. Will the Amazon Selling Partner 360 programme support my growth outside Italy and Europe?
No, we do not support your growth outside Italy and Europe because the service is European only. However, we work closely with the Global Sales Team and will be able to inform you of any new opportunities. While we can't work directly on your non-European accounts, your Marketplace Consultant will be able to connect you with teams that can support your expansion outside of Italy and the EU.
7. I have more than one seller account. Can I work with a single Marketplace Consultant to help me with all my accounts?
Selling Partners must register each account separately in Amazon Selling Partner 360. Depending on availability, you may or may not work with a single Marketplace Consultant for all of your accounts. We will work closely with you to determine how best to manage your different accounts. Please refer to FAQ 2 for more information on multiple accounts.

8. Can my Marketplace Consultant help me resolve existing operational issues?
Your Marketplace Consultant is there to provide you with strategic advice, not to work on operational issues. However, because the success of your business is in their interest, they will do their best to help you by contacting the relevant technical teams if you need assistance with operational issues.
9. Will my Marketplace Consultant help me understand the tools available on Seller Central?
Yes, your Marketplace Consultant will help you understand all the tools available to you. You can let them know what information or feature you're looking for and you'll be guided to the most suitable solution. If you'd like to learn more about Seller Central, tell your Marketplace Consultant and it will be included as a topic during your monthly call. If this is a one-off question, your Marketplace Consultant will also be available via email.
10. Will my Marketplace Consultant also help me manage my Vendor account?
No, the programme only allows you to receive support for your seller account.
11. How often will I talk to my Marketplace Consultant?
Your Marketplace Consultant will schedule a monthly call to review your business plan and to help you determine which activities to prioritise. Additional calls can be scheduled to optimise growth and to satisfy other business needs. Selling Partners will receive the direct email address of their Marketplace Consultant.
12. How many accounts does each Marketplace Consultant manage?
Each Marketplace Consultant will work closely with a few Selling Partners. We limit the number of Selling Partners assigned to each Marketplace Consultant, so that they can focus on optimising your account and helping you achieve your business goals. In addition, we regularly review this aspect, as your satisfaction is our top priority.
13. Are Marketplace Consultants Amazon employees?
Yes, all Marketplace Consultants are Amazon employees.
14. What level of experience will my Marketplace Consultant have?
All Marketplace Consultants are extensively trained to best assist Selling Partners enrolled in Amazon Selling Partner 360 in different areas, including, for example, logistics and inventory, catalogue and conversion, merchandising and advertising, global expansion and many more.
15. How is our assigned Marketplace Consultant chosen?
Marketplace Consultants will be assigned to Selling Partners once their profiles have been reviewed. We guarantee that all Marketplace Consultants are trained to the same high standard and that the number of Selling Partners assigned to each Marketplace Consultant will be limited in order to ensure that they are always able to provide excellent service.
16. Will our Marketplace Consultant remain the same for the duration of the programme?
We cannot guarantee that your Marketplace Consultant will not change during your contract, but we are aware that a stable collaboration adds value to the service and allows you to better understand the issues related to an account. Therefore, where possible, we will try to offer you continuity with the same Marketplace Consultant.
17. What happens if I'm not happy with the level of service that I’m receiving from my Marketplace Consultant?
The satisfaction of our Selling Partners is our number one goal. Each month, you'll receive a questionnaire regarding your satisfaction with the programme, in which you can leave comments. These responses are carefully reviewed by programme managers to ensure that the service we are providing is top quality. You also have the option to request a call with a manager at any time to examine your weaknesses in more detail and discuss how to address them.
Promotions, merchandising and programme opportunities
18. Will my Marketplace Consultant proactively contact me about new programme opportunities?
With your business goals in mind, your Marketplace Consultant will inform you about new programmes, pilots and beta projects that could help you achieve your goals.
19. What kind of support will we receive on merchandising?
Your Marketplace Consultant can provide you with advice on all types of Amazon deals, including Coupons, Lightning Deals, 7-day Deals, and Today's Deals. Acceptance of your deals is not guaranteed as part of your participation in Amazon Selling Partner 360, but they are a topic that your Marketplace Consultant will advise you on in order to support your growth. Any fees will apply depending on the type of deal chosen; you will not receive free or discounted merchandising for deals and promotions as part of your participation in Amazon Selling Partner 360.
20. Can my Marketplace Consultant help me manage my deals?
Yes, your Marketplace Consultant can help you create deals and manage the various types of deals available. They can also help you manage different deal timelines based on your business goals and provide guidance on the requirements for accessing the various deals, thus increasing the chances that your deals will be accepted.
21. Will my Marketplace Consultant help me get ready for special events like Prime Day?
Yes, your Marketplace Consultant will help ensure that your business is ready for special events and holidays. They will help you optimise your merchandising and detail pages to prepare you for high-traffic events.
Programme fees and duration
22. How are the costs of the Amazon Selling Partner 360 programme structured?
Participating in the Amazon Selling Partner 360 programme will cost you €1600 per month + 0.3% of your total sales in the previous month, including the price of the product and shipping, the gift wrap and any other costs associated with the invoice issued in that month.

Here's an example: between 1 July and 31 July 2020, Kristin's Jewellery Store, a hypothetical Selling Partner participating in the Amazon Selling Partner 360 programme, generated €100,000 in total monthly revenue across the EU. For Kristin's Jewellery Store, the total programme fee will be €1900 (+ tax) and will be charged on 1 August 2020. Calculation: €1600 + (0.3% x 100,000).

The invoicing calculations are based on the total monthly revenue generated across the EU in the previous month and therefore vary from month to month.
23. When will the monthly fees be invoiced?
Invoicing will take place on the first day of the month. Please see FAQ 24 to understand how your rates are calculated. You'll find the total fee charged in the Reports section under Seller Central -> Payments -> Transactions -> Fees -> Premium Services Fee.
24. How is the monthly fee paid?
The monthly fee is paid by debiting your account balance. If your account balance is not enough to cover your monthly bill, the remainder of the fee will be charged to the credit card associated with the account.
25. Can I pay less to access fewer services?
Amazon Selling Partner 360 is currently offered as a single service package and individual services cannot be used separately at this time.
26. I'm having problems with my Amazon account. Can I get help before I sign up?
Unfortunately, we are unable to support Selling Partners prior to enrolment. However, you have access to Selling Partner Support regardless of your programme enrolment status, so we encourage you to use this service until you join the programme. Once enrolled in the programme, you will be assigned to a Marketplace Consultant so as to define your growth strategies, and you'll have access to Premium Selling Partner Support to manage specific operational problems (see FAQ [-]). Participation in the Amazon Selling Partner 360 programme does not involve assistance for issues related to account holds or deal removals. All Selling Partners, including participants in the Amazon Selling Partner 360 programme, must follow the same resolution procedures for deal- or account-level holds.
27. How long does participation in the programme last?
Participation in the Amazon Selling Partner 360 programme lasts for a minimum of six months. At the end of the six months, you can decide whether to continue with the service or to withdraw from the programme by giving a minimum of 30 days' notice. Amazon reserves the right to terminate the service at any time. There is no maximum contract duration.
